Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the online portal operated by Sautus Sunnah International Comprehensive Secondary School("the School"). By signing in or using the portal you agree to them.

1. Accounts

Accounts are issued by the School to staff, pupils and parents/guardians. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. You must set a new password on first sign-in and should notify the School immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Sharing accounts or attempting to access another person's data is prohibited.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the portal only for legitimate school purposes.
• Do not attempt to access data, accounts or systems you are not authorised to use.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful or offensive content, or content that infringes others' rights.
• Do not disrupt, probe or attempt to circumvent the portal's security.

3. Fees & payments

School fees are the fixed, published amounts per term. Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider. The School does not charge interest on outstanding balances; any administrative arrangements for late payment are communicated directly and disclosed in advance. 4. Accuracy of information

Please keep your contact details up to date. Academic results shown are official once published by the School; if you believe any record is wrong, contact the School so it can be checked and corrected.

5. Availability

We work to keep the portal available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may carry out maintenance from time to time.

6. Intellectual property

The portal, its content and the School's branding are the property of the School and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
